MISSION STATMENT
Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation mission is as simple and direct as our name: This program is all about placing dogs into safe homes before shelters have the opportunity to euthanize them with the belief that every person benefits from the unconditional love of a dog. This Program was created with one thought in mind – placing Dogs with individuals and families regardless of their income level. We cover of ALL COSTS for those who qualify.
ADOPT ANY DOG(S) AT ANY PARTICIPATING SHELTER OR FOSTER HOME
Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation – For Dogs who are placed into a Home, and Owners who qualify for the Program, the Foundation will pay all expenses for the life of the dog you adopt – forever if you meet all requirements and remain on a fixed income and provide a happy, healthy safe environment for the dog(s) you adopt.
If you qualify for the Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation’s Adoption Program there is absolutely no cost for Dog adoption. If you have the ability, you can also apply to adopt 2 or 3, 4, or up to 5 dogs into your home.
If you qualify, for the life of your Dog, you will receive:
- FREE Microchipping
- FREE Food
- FREE shots
- FREE veterinarian / rabies shots /medical costs
- FREE grooming (3 times a year) and yearly wellness checks
- FREE safe and healthy toys and treats
The Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation’s Adoption Program is just as important for families, singles as it is for saving or dogs from being euthanized. Has your family wanted to have a dog and cannot afford it? Are you on a fixed income and live alone?
Our Volunteers will be actively working with, and reaching out to those in the community who work with veteran organization who deal with PTSD, counselors who treat stress management for adults and children, and school programs and school counselors to assess the needs in the community where they work and live where a therapy animal can do so much to heal, and bring life and hope to those who are suffering from various illnesses.
No cost for the dog (adopt 2 or 3 if you like).

Who Qualifies?
If you have a stable place to live, this program is for:
- Anyone on a fixed income of any kind
- Veterans
- Seniors on a fixed income
- Anyone with any kind of disability
- Veterans
- Welfare / Public Assistance
The Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation’s Adoption Program Adoptees will be required to fill out two applications:
First: An application with the Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation, along with proof of low income or no income, necessary to qualify for the Program, or to just adopt one of our sponsored Dogs. See more here.
Second: An application will need to be filled out with the participating shelter you want to adopt from.

A GIFT OF LOVE
We all know someone on a low income. Maybe you know a senior, a veteran, or someone on disability. This program can be just the answer for anyone on a fixed income. If you know someone who would benefit from this Program, what a gift it would be to help them fill out an application and once approved you could give them a ride to one of our partnering shelters and help them pick out a forever furry friend and companion, a dog! Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation will pay the bill.

Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation will first show its success in Arizona and then grow to other states as we gain sponsors and organizers other states to come aboard.

Every company says they are unlike any other foundation, but here at Forever Care No Kill Pet Rescue Foundation, we want to prove it to you. Our executives and Board of Directors will NEVER be paid high salaries for their services. The vast majority of the donations we receive are ONLY used to provide care for dogs that have been adopted though our program. The only paid employees of our not-for-profit corporation are those that are absolutely essential to make sure we are always ready to provide excellent service to our furry friend.

Pets provide unconditional love, joy, and companionship to people all over the world. Despite all that they give, millions are put down each year because of lack of resources. Our main goal here at Forever Care is to galvanize our community to finally put an end to this unjust killing.
